When we are faced with big decisions our bodies give us big clues to help us make the right decision. Sometimes you feel immediately stressed and anxious and other times you are excited and giddy. These are two very different feelings.
If whatever you are pondering gives you insane anxiety, it is not the right choice. If you feel excited and giddy, then go for it. Luckily, our bodies don’t overthink things like our brains do, they just respond to the situation and keep on going. So, the next time you are faced with a difficult decision take some time to reflect and really listen to how your body is responding, then decide.
